Vitamin A
Vitamin A deficiency is proved to be related to the ability to resist infections, as it help the immune response. Researches lately has reached that vitamin A is anti immune agent. So it is not clear how can the retinoic acid (RA) has different roles, as RA with the receptor RAR have anti-inflammatory properties. We also know that when vitamin A is not sufficient we found an increase in the mortality due to common gastrointestinal and lung infections and poor responses to vaccines, and there is evidence that in addition to its regulatory role, RA may help to stimulate the pro-inflammatory immune response to overcome infection.
Vitamin B
There are eight B Vitamins to be exact, and they help you to have healthy skin and muscles, stimulate your immune, nervous system functions and cell growth. It helps your body turn food into energy, and without enough of it you will feel listless and fatigued, you will have loss of appetite, indigestion, constipation or numbness in the arms and legs.
Vitamin C
Is a health-promoting and cancer-fighting antioxidant, protects your skin and gums, helps to hold off cardiovascular disease, preventing joint diseases and some more diseases. Vitamin C deficiency can cause bleeding gums and skin discoloration (scurvy) and of course we all know its role in fighting colds and chest infections.
Vitamin D
It is necessary for bone growth and strength, it helps in neuromuscular health, it increase the immune system function and it reduces the inflammation in the body. Insufficiency of vitamin D can cause rickets in children and osteomalacia and osteoporosis in adults. You can get vitamin D by exposing to sun rays at the beginning or at the end of daylight.
Vitamin E
It helps in preventing heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, some forms of cancer, bladder infections and cataracts. It helps in curing sun damaged skin, and even eye infections. It also protect skin from UV damage. The lakeness of vitamin E can cause pain, loss of sensation in your hands or feet, digestive problems like malabsorption and it can lead to problems in gallbladder, liver or pancreas
Vitamin K
It protects against osteoporosis, make your blood clot normally and the vitamin also prevent cell damage. It helps the people who suffer from cancer, bruising, heart disease, menstrual problems, hemorrhagic disease or kidney stones. Vitamin K deficiency causes more bleeding time than the sufficient cases when hurt, anemia and brittle bones.
